Crochet bathroom curtain / cortina de baño en crochet

I love to make things that will be used.

2 friends of mine bought a house. When visiting I noticed that they needed a curtain for their bathroom window.

I asked if they allow me to make something and they agreed.

Me gusta hacer cosas que luego la gente pueda usarlo. 2 amigos se compraron una casa, al echarles una visita note que no tenian cortina de baño.

Les pregunte si queria que les hiciera una Cortina y asintieron encantados.

It was very fun to go through my grandmothers patterns, but I didn’t find one that I liked. So in the end I mixed three different patterns into one.

Fue muy divertido revisar los patrones de mi abuela, pero no encontré nada que me gustara, así que al final hice tres combinaciones de patrones.

And now  I have seen it in it's palce, and I get even more satisfied with the result.
Ahora lo he visto en su lugar y me he puesto aun mas satisfecha con el resultado.

Tea bag folding for a special occation

When my "sister" was to get married and I had to do something special for her.

Instead of running off to the store I made this card.

Cuando mi "hermana" se iba a casar, pensé en hacer algo especial para ella.

En vez de correr a la tienda y comprar una tarjeta, le hice esta.

Aran Sweater

This Aran sweater (Irish Fisherman Sweater) I made when I was 16 years old. 

Soon it'll fit my son.

Este chaleco de lana Aran (chaleco de lana de marinero irlandes) lo tejí cuando tenía 16 años.

Pronto le quedara mi hijo.

The leggs of my children are getting longer.

And to protect the seats in my car I needed these.

Needed a nice way to store them.

My daughter got very fond of Fifi and the Flowertots. 

I checked what I could find at the toy shop and it wasn't to my liking.

Found a pattern on-line and this came out.

Mi hija llego emocionada con Fifi y los Floriguitos.

Revise lo que habia en la tienda de jugetes y no había nada a mi gusto.

Encontre un patron en linea y aquí esta el resultado.

Lunch boxes looks so borign when one come with them, so I made some bags for them.

Now they look so much smarter.

=)

Las cajitas de colacion se ven tan aburridos, así cosí algunas bolsitas para ellas.

Ahora se ven mucho mejor.

As my daughter got a beret, I made a bobble hat for my son.

A little too warm fo the season though, so we'll save it for the next winter.

Got very satisfied with the result, it's so much fun knitting without a pattern.

Como mi hija recibio una boina, hice un gorrito para mi hijo tambien.

Es demasiado caluroso para usaro en esta temporada, asi lo guardamos para el invierno próximo.

Llegue muy satisfecha con el resultado del gorro, es tan divertido tejer sin tener patrón.

Well, my daughter just needed to have a Hello Kitty beret.

Bueno, mi hija solamente tenía que tener una boina de Hello Kitty.

It's made with both nitting and crochet.

Introduced to my children the film "My Neighbour Totoro"

they loved it.. and what I can not buy here I "have to" make myself.

so I made these two Totoro for them

Introduci a mis hijos la pelicula "Mi Vecino Totoro"
les encantaron.. y lo que no puedo comprar "tengo que" hacer yo misma..
asi hice estos dos Totoro para ellos.

Teabag Cards

When I have time I prefer to make my own cards instead of buying one.
Cuando tengo tiempo prefiero hacer mis propias tarjetas en vez de ir a comprarles.

But to be able to do this crafting I have involved a lot of people to help me save the small paper pockets the tea bags come in.
Pero para poder hacer eso he involucrado mucha gente que me ayuden juntar los sobres en cuales vienen las bolsitas de te.
